Privacy policy
Rankmax Pty Ltd (Australia) runs rankmax.ai. This page covers the early-access waitlist and VIP form only.
What we collect
- Work email when you request early access
- Optional VIP answers (role, constraints, tools, optional first name and website)
- Queue position and whether you completed VIP unlock
- Optional share-channel marks if you claim launch credit (channel names only)
- Basic technical logs needed to run the form (for example IP for abuse rate limits)
- Browser storage on your device for form progress (session and local storage keys used only to resume your waitlist or VIP steps)
Why
To prioritise selective early access, contact you about Rankmax Agent, and stop spam or automated abuse. We do not sell your details.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-4SRYTHHXMX) with IP anonymisation for product funnel events such as waitlist opt-in, VIP form start, VIP complete, and share clicks. Events do not include your email or session token.
We also use PostHog for product analytics and session replay (video-like playback of how people use the site) so we can fix friction in the waitlist. Session replay masks form inputs by default. You can ask us to delete analytics data tied to your visit by emailing james@rankmax.ai.
Retention and removal
Server waitlist records (email, answers, queue status) are stored in our waitlist database for up to about 13 months (400 days), or until the early-access programme winds down and we delete them sooner. Browser storage stays on your device until you clear site data or finish the flow. Email james@rankmax.ai any time to be removed or to ask what we hold.
